This policy describes how the orders are shipped when placed on craftida.com website and shall be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Returns & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy statement.
Shipping Cost
All orders placed on craftida.com website come with FREE standard delivery to a UK address.
Shipping Destinations
We only ship throughout the United Kingdom.
We do not ship to PO Box, BFPO, FPO, APO addresses.
If the shipping address information provided cannot be delivered to, the order will be cancelled, and a cancellation notification email will be sent. The payment is expected to be refunded within a few business days.
Processing & Shipping Times
All products are processed and shipped directly from our UK warehouse usually within 24 hours during working days after we received the payment.
Delivery Times
UK Mainland*: 2-4 working days
Non-Mainland UK** : 4-6 working days
Delivery times are subject to change across UK holidays such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, extenuating circumstances such as adverse weather, road traffic accidents and technical difficulties can cause delays. Therefore, any dates and times quoted for delivery are approximate only and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.
*UK Mainland refers to England, Scotland, and Wales
** Non-Mainland UK refers to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and all the Scottish Islands
All customers are responsibility for providing correct shipping address information. It may not be possible to change the shipping address after checkout as orders are often processed immediately on receipt. However, if you become aware of any discrepancy in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@craftida.com. Whilst we will do our best to assist, we or our shipping partners cannot accept responsibility for any items that are shipped to an incorrect address as a result of us being provided with that information by you.
