We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us and want you to feel confident and reassured that you can easily return an unsuitable item within 30 days, provided the product is returned in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received it.
How to Return Goods
To return an item, please contact us via Contact Us link or email at support@craftida.com and let us know your order number and the product you would like to return. If an item is faulty or has arrived damaged, please provide photos when requesting a return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without going through the abovementioned process first will not be accepted.
Should goods be delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report to us immediately and confirm in writing within 3 days of delivery. Faulty, defective, or wrongly delivered goods will be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs, as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear. We reserve the right to deduct postage cost of return for unsuitable items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund has been confirmed, please Contact Us.
How to Exchange Goods
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How can I change or cancel my order?
We process all orders as soon as possible and often within hours of being placed. Therefore, to cancel or change an order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the changes you require but if the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns procedure above.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), on sale items or gift cards.
